Information for travellers going by taxi to/from Suvarnabhumi Airport

• Child safety seat — 350 бат.
• A trip with animals. If you are transporting pets, take a special carrier with you. To transport large pets (for example, large dogs), you need to pay 350 baht extra.
• For travelers to Pattaya, if your hotel in Pattaya is located south of the Ambassador district — 250 baht, in the Baan Dusit area — 370 baht, Bang Sare — 500 baht.

Where do we meet our guests at the airport?

Suvarnabhumi Airport

We’ll meet you in the arrival zone at Meeting Point near exit №3, which is on the second floor. The driver will be waiting for you holding a card with your name on it.

Don Mueang Airport

If you arrive at Don Mueang Airport (DMK), we’ll meet you at the gate 5 terminal 1 (for international flight) or at the gate 12 terminal 2 (for domestic flight).

Fast Track — easy passport control at Suvarnabhumi Airport (Fast Track Immigration Service)

If you need to enter Thailand quickly and without any difficulties at passport control, we offer Fast Track service at Suvarnabhumi Airport. A staff member will meet you near the passport control area and guide you through the passport control without queuing.

If you order Fast Track service together with a taxi, the stuff will take you to the meeting place with the driver, and also help with baggage collection.
